Many staff involved in rehabilitation delegate tasks to others, especially in the community, be they staff or family. Who holds the final responsibility if things go wrong? Supposing the person is not able to carry out the task, or lacks sufficient skill?
Using the Benner levels of competence will provide a peer reviewed rationale, enabling safer clinical decision making in these potentially complex situations.
This workshop will enable staff to become familiar with the system, and they will take away information on how to use it.
